I have been doing a bit of online shopping lately. Been hunting for some nice accessories and other things related to fashion.
Yeap, I am inspired by somebody to play dress up more often now.
So I decided to pay a few blogshops a vist, and I came across this one.
Sounds familiar? I think it’s quite popular and quite famous, because it was featured in magazines and what nots for a few times.
Anyway, love the quirky items they have. Colourful and oh-so-pretty! Saw an item I really like but too bad there wasn’t any description or dimension given, so I had to ask.
But that’s exactly where my problem started. Yeap, you read it right, PROBLEM.
On June 22, I texted the owner asking for a bit of details on the item I am highly interested. I texted because of this…
So naturally I expected a reply within 24 hours, since you said super duper fast deal. Okay, so I was enquiring and maybe you don’t answer questions in the form of sms.
So I sent you an email. On June 23.
And right up until now, as I am typing, I receive NO replies at all. No SMS, no emails replied. For 1 week.
I thought you were busy, but I guess too busy to even reply my email.
You got time to update your blog as per screen capture below…
So I reckon you are busy from the event but hm, you have time to update your blog, update Facebook and even send messages to the group but you don’t have time to reply to my email when I have clearly told you that I would like to know the dimension of the item because I am highly interested in it. And you even stated in your blog for that colour, it’s very limited and I figure such pretty item would go OOS fast, hence I sms you and even follow up with an email just so that I get a fast reply and nab that item for myself.
But alas! I receive no news from you, up until now. Do you know how frustrated I am?
I had really wanted that item, and I am willing to pay for it. But I am frustrated because I didn’t receive any reply from you, I am disappointed. I don’t expect you to reply immediately, but at least can you just show some indication that you are going through you pile of emails, which I am sure you have like really alot, and tell everyone that you are gonna reply, just that it’ll be slow?
I appreciate if you had given some sort of notice on your blog saying you will be away, so email responses won’t be as fast, but there’s none. And I felt cheated when you said I’d get a faster response by using SMS to contact you.
I know I didn’t confirm my order nor paid for it, because I want to know some details before I buy something. It’s my right, no? Since you didn’t provide the details I wanted to know on your blog either.
I don’t know if anyone had this problem before, maybe they had, maybe they didn’t, but I guess I am unlucky this time. I won’t say this is a horrible experience, but it’s more than enough for me NOT to purchase anything from you, no matter how pretty/cheap/unique it is.
To those who had good experience with her, please don’t bash me. I think I am being very reasonable to wait for a reply for 1 whole week. Unless you tell me my email went into the spam box, then I really have got nothing to say. But so far, all my emails sent to other Yahoo accounts has been okay, so I’m not sure where went wrong.
Sorry, but no way am I purchasing anything from The Old Blossom Box Store unless there’s a valid reason why my email wasn’t replied.
p/s: but because of this, I found a very nice seller! might write bout them sometime later!

I hate this kind of seller attitude. It worst! I’ve some which send me a wrong item too and when I asked for refund, she disappeared.

hm… sometimes I do reply late as well

I know this website pretty well though I never buy anything cos of the high price. I do admit some of the items are quite unique, but if you look hard enough, you can find those pieces in other blogshops.
This seller does update her personal blog quite often. Really sad to hear abt wat u went thru as I’m avid online shopper as well. From what I think, the seller is busy with her shop and might’ve missed your email. She does seem to have alot of happy returning buyers though.
oh well, nvm. there are tons of other nice buyers out there =)

Yeap, i found other alternatives t other places, so am pretty ok. I’m a little irritated because the service wasn’t there. Even if you own a physical shop, I think since you’re doing online business as well, best to also take care of it abit? It’s been more than a week and no news lor.

She doesn’t reply to my mail too.i don’t know what’s her problem.i’m sooo disappointed since i wanted that bag so much!
I sent her an order through mail on feb 1st n it wasn’t replied till now.Then, i write at the old blossom fb asking whether the bag is available or not and to my surprise, she replied it but the mail sent to her is still unanswered.
If she is not interested to do online shop,then just focused to her store and close the blog. I don’t know how many others are having this same frustration.huhu~

Sorry to hear what happen, but I guess it’s easier to login into fb and reply there rather than just write/ reply emails
There’s plenty of other blogshops, so maybe try those out?
