What happen?
I AM ANGRY WITH STILA’S SERVICE!
Honestly.
You know, I bought a few stuff from them. Actually it’s eyeshadows to be precise.
I went home with a happy heart and after giving a few more thoughts, I decided to pay them another visit, this time, to get a few more stuff.
Fine.
So I ordered Cherry Crush Lip and Cheek Stain, Kajiki and Seafoam (both are eyeshadow duos), their best seller tinted moisturizer, illuminating concealer and Gerbera convertible colour. All items were OOS, so the lady said she’ll reserved those stuff for me and CALL me when it’s here.
It was on a Sunday.
I waited like a good girl… till Friday. Then I went to the counter to ask again about Stila.
That woman is petite in size, thin, with long black hair, slightly curly around the ends. She gave me a damn snobbish look and said…
“Don’t worry, we WILL call you when the stocks arrive.”
Fine. Damn lousy attitude, I told myself. But anyway, I left with a hopeful heart.
Today I went to Stila. Not on purpose. But because I heard of Connie’s tale about Carmen’s stuff was not being reserved and was sold to others, I just had to go!
And yes, I suffer the same fate.
My stuff was NOT reserved! Sold! Gone! Whatever!
And that same woman who gave me a lousy looking face on Friday served me again today.
I told her the exact same words she told me on Friday. And guess what’s her answer?
“We said we’ll call you if there’s stock.”
Hello? I thought you said you will call when there’s stock? So when the stock came, and you bloody knew I reserved them, then why didn’t you call me??? And you sold them off?
WHAT THE F*** IS WRONG WITH YOU SALES?
I know you are busy with the sales since Stila’s closing down, but you are NOT suppose to promise what you can’t deliver. And you bloody well know you will be busy because of the sales, so why say you will reserve and call the customers when their stuff are here???
Doesn’t make sense!
The worst part, that woman actually offered to sell me a bright orange convertible colour to please me, LIKE AS IF I WANT THAT COLOUR. Hello, I know you are trying to get rid of your stuff, but I won’t buy it because I don’t like that colour! And the tinted moisturizer, only Bare left, and she actually wanted to sell me that without asking me if the colour would be right for me, or testing the colour on me first. Hm, coincidentally, Bare was also the last colour left?
I am NOT a rubbish bin for your leftovers!
Nor am I a pushover OR I can be bullied!
Remember that well fellow Sales Assistants!
Stila, I am so disappointed with your SA!
And for those who are curious bout my haul that I promised, here’s my mini haul from Stila… I was supposed to have a bigger haul, but thanks to those SAs, I got only 5 eyeshadows! >_<
And just conclude the whole thing, I wasn’t really that angry about not getting my stuff that I wanted, it was more of me being angry about the whole issue of ‘you promised but you didn’t deliver’ sorta thing.
I am actually a very nice person you know.

Pretty: I went to BU Stila. One of them is cocky and snobbish. I dislike her the moment I saw her. Thinking she’s god or something. Ugh.

which stila is this? i went to the one-u one and the girl was quite nice. then the gardens SA tried to sell me a foundation 2 shade DARKER than my skintone. i was like wtf????? and she insisted that color suited me. bloody hell. she thinks im blind or what

I woinder which Stila counter you went. Mine experience is with BU Parkson counter.
Same with me, I went there last week managed to grabbed some items and I reserved something as well, they told me wiat and they will call me when the stock ready on Friday. I called them on Friday and they said they will pack first and they will call me once they done with their reserve list. Okay wait until Sunday, I heard they re-stock on Saturday and the worst is they just sell everithing off to the customer que in front of the counter, FxxK! So I forget about it, since Stila SA don’t give a shit of their promises, I rather save my money for others branded warehouse sales (coz I heard Loreal Luxury Sales coming soon).
Yesterday, I drop by their counter and wanna listen what the excuses the SA want to say, same thing “please come on Friday”, she don’t evan dare to said they re-stock last Saturday, guilty I guess.

I went to One-U Parkson and reserved Cherry Lip Crush, Color Convertible in Petunia and some lipglazes. When I got there (4 pm on Saturday) most of the stuff had been sold. Sigh~ Managed to buy Berry Mint lipglaze only. At least I bout an e/s duo on Monday.
The SA who reserved my order told me “No more reserve. Have to queue”
. She was nice on the other day though that Saturday she looked a bit fed up dealing wif to many customers. She had wavy hair oso and tie it up in a bun…a bit like Japanese style. Said the Cherry Lip Crush is no stock came T_T. I wonder when they’ll restock next time. I want the Color Converible in Lillium or Pertunia >_<.

Aw, plue hon, it’s soo unfair! I used to buy from Clinique 4 times before (at the time I didn’t even know I was supposed to ask for samples when I bought stuff) Anyway, the fifth time I went there, we bought 50 USD worth of stuff and I asked for a sample. (The economy was real bad then) The SA said CURTLY that they don’t have any and now only when there’s a new product out, they would have samples. yeah right.
I remember once before, a different lady at this counter grabbed something from underneath to give a customer – not sure if she asked for it or what. Some SAs just want to keep things to themselves. Now on, I prob won’t ever buy anything from any counter anymore because I wouldn’t want to give them $ and in turn get a snotty attitude when I asked for a mere smaple. (maybe I’ll check Sephora)

Vivian, things like tat happen, and it happens rather frequently too! Especially the higher end ones >_< I don’t understand how can they be so selfish and cruel and so inconsiderate… We buy stuff and expect a slightly better service, aren’t asking much right?
