Finally I see new Canmake stuff in Sasa. And all these while I thought they were pulling out from Sasa because a dumb SA told me so.
I saw these before my little accident, hence perfectly pretty left hand. Ahak!
The Lip Concealer aren’t anything new, but they are promoting it because they want to promote the Nude Lips trend, which Lena look so pretty in it! Forgot about the price tag, but it’s around RM30 or so.
But the Nudy Glow Rouge is something new. Awfully pigmented yes? Selling for RM42.90.

Aren’t the names true to it’s colours? By the way, the colours are matte, well, uh I mean no shimmers in it. But it does gives you a glossy pout. It isn’t sticky and wipes of really easily with a piece of tissue. I guess it means staying power is pretty bad.
These are available in Sasa. Saw them in 1 Utama’s Old Wing.
Moving to Sunway Pyramid’s Parkson. Would love to take pictures, but I was running short on time, so didn’t manage to take any.
I also saw a Canmake counter. They don’t have this new gloss, but they do have the Cheek Gradation, and is selling at a freaking RM62.90! Jeez! They are pretty, but is the price worth it?
I also saw the Double Eyelid Glue, false eyelashes (I think), eyebrow tweezers and spare rubbers for eyelash curler. If they sell spare rubbers, it must have meant that the eyelash curler is available too, but unfortunately, it was OOS when I was there.

I’ve always refrained from buying Canmake stuff since I know how cheap it is in Japan. Hmm… At least I can test it in person now. Must contact my cousin in Japan to get this when she comes back to M’sia.
I think Etude House is a better alternative to Canmake. They have that sheer, non-clashing colors, shimmery thing going on. Except more pink. And more wallet-friendly too.

EH is pretty good, I do like them.

i saw canmake at KL-SASA and i was like WOW! at last cheaper japanese drugstore brand *cheer!
however when i saw the pricing ..my jaw DROPPED!!
obscene price for tacky plasticky subpar makeup =.=
i’m a sucker for pretty packaging and willing to haul them!
but canmake packaging is HORRIBLE …so i stick back to JillStuart
i’ll grab canmake when if they are ever on sales!

Hi Stellarvixen, yeah the price are a bit higher than what you would get in JP, but if you compare it with JS, that’s not quite a good comparison, cuz Canmake is a drugstore product while JS isn’t
But I do have to agree, JS packaging is really pretty while Canmake isn’t really that purdy looking at all!
