I have been having sleeping problems quite some time, I think ever since I started working. LOL.
My body still hates to sleep when it doesn’t feel like sleeping and yet I make it go to sleep. And it hates most to wake up because of the alarm. My body prefers to wake up when it feels like it. Yes, my body is very very troublesome till I feel like disowning it!
But that can’t happen.
Oh well.
I figure it is most probably the stress build up (I stress easily) and because I am not quite a routine person, it’s a little difficult for me to adjust to this life, even after coming close to 2 years of working.
So I caved in and bought this…
In US website,it’s known as Deep Sleep Dreamy Pillow & Body Mist, but here in Malaysia it is labeled as Quiet Night Dreamy Pillow & Body Mist. A slight difference, but I wonder why the difference. Hm…
Best if you want to: Get your beauty rest with this quick-drying, super-snoozer mist that balances the senses and soothes the mind all night long. Sweet dreams!
How it works:
* Special encapsulation technology allows bursts of active fragrance to be released throughout the night as your body moves.
* Jujube date is considered to promote deeper sleep, while Community Trade camomile calms and helps to maintain a restful sleep.
* Geranium, juniper and patchouli oils soothe and promote tranquility.Taken from here
The scent, to me, it didn’t really balance my senses or soothe my mind all night long like the Spa Wisdom series. Now that really soothe my mind completely. This mist is nice, but somehow isn’t one of my favourite, neither it’s something I really like or hate. It’s just a so so smell for me.
The smell definitely did not last for the whole night. The next morning I got up, the smell were all gone.
Do I have deep sleep if I use this? I don’t notice much difference after using this for a month or so. I don’t spray every single day but I do spray it during weekdays where I have more sleeping problems compared to weekends. I spray it on my pillow, my blankie, my bed sheets and a little in my room. Still, not much difference I think.
It might have help me go into sleepy mode slightly faster, but hm, I am not sure. I don’t time myself on how long it takes for me to sleep! Haha!
Ingredients:
Alcohol Denat., Water, Limonene, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-9, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Oil, Acrylates/C12-22 Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Linalool, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Lavandula Hybrida Oil, Hydrolysed Corn Starch Octenylsuccinate, Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, Propylene Glycol, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Oil, Citral, Humulus Lupulus (Hops), Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Oil, Geraniol, Citronellol, Zizyphus Jujuba Fruit Extract.
I won’t repurchase this, as I think this doesn’t really work wonderfully for me. I still need to find the root cause of my sleeping problems.
Retailing for RM59/69 (not sure which) for 100ml, I don’t think this is anywhere near cheap or affordable. Might as well get something else that really works, like real aromatherapy oil or something.
That’s just me though.
Well, off I do my work and see Shin-woo oppa at 6! *hearts*

I haven’t been sleeping much lately too! 1:30am is the earliest for me and I have to wake up by 6am!
I am sorry this doesn’t work for you! probably your job is stressing you out and you’re not looking forward for the next work day
*hugs*

Hey Plue, I hear your cry! I’m experiencing insomnia disregard the stress or normal days. It’s really stressing me out especially on school days where I need to wake up early but yet my eyes and body are tired & sleepy.
What I did was having lavender scented candles at times when I need to relax and I also dabbed lavender oils on my pillows. I find it easier to sleep as when I breath, the aroma goes through my nose and makes my mind chill. Lavender is known for its properties of helping to de-stress and sleep if I’m not mistaken. Hope this works for you too

I feel your pain Plue. I haven’t been sleeping much for a few months now and am always sleepy during the day. Unfortunately I haven’t found something that works for me yet, but I hope you do

i also have this product. In Singapore, it’s called Deep Sleep. I quite like the smell, but I don’t think it has helped me fall asleep faster or anything. The scent goes off pretty fast, so I don’t know how “Special encapsulation technology allows bursts of active fragrance to be released throughout the night as your body moves”.
