I really like the false lashes and I think I’ll be wearing them more often! And for the cosmetic lenses, so far I am having fun with them! *rubs hand in glee*

By the way, Inuovi false lashes are AWESOME! Totally gorgeous!

My birthday gift to myself? I just want a really long weekend and I got it! I just got back to KL just a few days ago With that said, I always try to take leave/ skip school on my birthday Every year, without fail.

FOTD from my Shu Uemura trip last week before I go on leave:

Selina only did the foundation for me. The rest I did them at home And yes, the shine on my nose is OIL. LOL.

I wore the Esprique Precious T-6 palette for a few days straight. One for the birthday dinner with Xin and Connie, my birthday dinner with the BF and some random outing when I was away for the weekend. I have never used a palette continuously and when I do, it’s because the palette is already in my favourite list!

T-6 is a must have palette, for me that is, because of the gorgeous colour. It can be a purple with a green tinge, or a chocolatey pink with a gold sheen, it’s hard to describe the colour because I don’t know how to! But it’s absolutely gorgeous! You can use this palette for a subtle day look, or use the dark green liner and make it a night look! It’s so easy to use! The texture, although it’s powder but goes on real smooth. Buttery smooth! Normal brushes might not pick up the colour well, it might be too sheer, but with the sponge tip applicator, no problem at all! I did my eye makeup with the sponge tip that came with the palette. T-6 is a little sheer, but you can always layer it on.

I wore this without a base and it lasted on me about 5 hours before it starts to smudge (colour shifting places a bit). It didn’t bother me because it wasn’t noticeable With a base, I reckon it could stay on longer.

About Shu Uemura Nobara Cream Stick, I have to say it’s my perfect match of colour! Oil control is pretty weak, so I need to use an oil-control makeup base to prolong the sebum secretion time.  But other than the need to blot once or twice, I didn’t need to do any touch up at all! No colour shifting or such, plus it conceals real well Good for me!

By the way, I couldn’t buy th Shu Uemura Tsumori Chisato pouch (the small one) because Shu Uemura didn’t allow the sales. I wonder why… Anyone knows why? Are they going to make it a GWP? Like Singapore and Taiwan? Noooooooooo!!!!

I was chatting on MSN with Kimoko and my sister, while G Talk with Izzy. I had wanted to do a simple day time look, but uh, I got carried away and it became smokey.

Kimmy said everything is nice, would be better if I lined my eyes, it’ll be sultry and great as a clubbing look. But my eyes, sigh, lining them makes no difference, so I skip

She told me my undereyes look dirty, need to clean up those otherwise I look like I have been punched! Well that’s true now looking at it! We all learn from mistakes ya! Hopefully, one day I’ll be as good as Connie! She’s the man!

The blush is a little too orange and warm for me in the picture, but IRL it looks fine. Hm, maybe should have used a pink blush instead?

Anyway, I am happiest with my lips! Nude lips never look better ever before! Haha!

Off I go polishing my skills with pigments. I’ve never been this hardworking with FOTDs before! Maybe you’ll be seeing more FOTDs from me this few days. Tee hee!

This is a super natural FOTD, which I love sporting, because it makes me look fresh and not overdone and just right for work!

Since my eyes are kept natural, I used a stronger lip colour on my lips. I love this colour as it’s pretty flattering on me and gives a I’ve-eaten-berries kinda look.

This is my first time using pigments as eyeshadows and I’m pretty happy with it, but I do face some problems with it.

Fallouts and how to use pigments the right way in order for it to show their pretty colours!

Those are my concerns!

I haven’t thought much about what to use for this look, just simple blackish grey smokey (if it’s considered as one) and also tried to do a winged eyeliner effect, which I think, uh, horrible. Eyelining was never my forte, honestly.

But anyway, I guess this take time and practices to make it look perfect!

The camera washes all the colour out. >_< It’s actually much darker in real life. Le sigh.

I actually did this same look for my sister, but she did not allow me to take pics of her wearing this. Camera shy I guess. I think hers look better since I do it for her, and also because it’s a more cat eye look than mine. Oh well. I guess I shall practice more on this!

I did this look last Saturday for an outing with the crazy, zany bloggers (Oops Bee! Took your line without permission! )

We were at Ole Ole Bali, which seems so tropical and summery, that I decided to be a little more creative and use some bright colours on my lids! Do note that your usual plue is pretty much pastel and neutrals all the way on her lids

And since Kimoko said I never do anything smokey related, I thought this would be a perfect chance!

Now you know why I love my Shills Cherry Blossom 6-in-1 BB Cream? See, no pores no nothing! Just good glowy skin! It does help to cover most of my freckles and even my dark circles too! ^_^ And all this achieved without a makeup base and I didn’t even pat on any powders or concealer on my cheeks at all.

But heck, I had this wild idea running through my head last night about doing 4 FOTDs based on seasons. LOL.

Spring’s the first that came into my mind. Naturally.

When I think of spring, I think of sakuras. Oh yes, those lovely pink flowers that blooms in Japan during spring. How I wish to go and see! I must go to Japan one day!!!!

Focus on my left eye. My right eye is wonky

I really like how the eyeshadows and everything turns out today. They blended well. I always have problems in blending the colours properly

Items I used today are ALL DRUGSTORE items! And can be found locally either in Watsons, Guardian and Sasa! Except the concealer I used. Drugstores concealers are a bit of a disappointment for me. Either it’s too dark or too fair. The ones I own (Maybelline and Skinfood) are already too dark for me. I think I’ve gotten fairer lately.
