Um, I wonder how should I be reviewing this.
Am at work and am juggling between a myriad of stuff, which blogging isn’t always in the picture. 
Jeepers. Bad girl am I.
I love my current job (at least at the moment I really am!), but I also need a wee bit of a time off, my head would go bursting if I am at office from 8 to 7 everyday.
Um, back to the toner. Ah yes.
After using almost half a bottle of this, I think I am qualified to review it already
Freshel C is the drugstore skincare line for Kanebo. The spokesperson for this line is Tokiwa Takako, the same lady that is also one of the spokesperson of Coffret D’Or. Man, I love Coffret D’Or, for some unknown reason Before I go out of topic, I quite like Takako-san, as she has this fresh, energetic feel about her, and I honestly adore Matsushima Nanako of Kose too. Elegant and ladylike! Ah! Perfect woman!
Er… where were we?
Oh yes! Hm, this lotion, also known to us as toner, I totally don’t understand why the Japanese call lotion, but oh well, like most Japanese brand, their skincare contains alcohol, and this one, I think the alcohol amount is heavier than usual.
Pure & Mild White Brightening Lotion
After ranting about the Brightening Emulsion, this is something that I like very much, other than the Brightening Cleanser. ^_^ Happy me!
It’s the same signature faint floral smell like the rest of the series. And the toner is watery. Of course it is.
Anyway, as other toners, I usually pour a good amount of it into a cotton pad and gently glide them over all my face. Unlike Loreal Hydrafresh and Nivea Refreshing Toner, it’s slightly sticky after application, but still acceptable.
