Biore UV Perfect Face Milk SPF50+ PA+++
Biore UV Perfect Face Milk SPF50+ PA+++
My favourite sunblock of all times! Why is it my favourite? Because it’s packed with goodies!!
The sunblock itself, as stated on the bottle, has SPF50 and PA+++. For those who don’t know what is SPF and PA, you seriously need to get to know it now!
“All sunscreen labels list a sun protection factor (SPF). SPF is a measurement of how much protection the sunscreen offers from the UVB rays that cause sunburn. A few sunscreen labels also list a “PA” ranking, which refers to the amount of protection the sunscreen offers from the UVA rays that may cause long-term skin damage. PA rankings are listed as PA+, PA++ or PA+++. The more +’s, the more protection from UVA rays. For maximum protection from both UVA and UVB rays, choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen that contains avobenzone, oxybenzone, mexoryl, zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Apply sunscreen liberally 30 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two hours.”

Okay, done with this, now let’s begin analyzing this sunblock!
Texture wise is smooth because it’s in liquid form. It’s white in colour too, but goes on transparent once applied on skin. It’s has a light smell, but nothing too heavy or horrible. It disappears almost immediately once applied. Upon application it feels a little greasy, but given 10 to 15 seconds, your face feels powdery and smooth ! And the best part, no white residue!
I bought this due to the fact that it has oil control properties and it does it very well! I used to have very shiny T-zones in 1 or 2 hours, but with this, I keep my skin relatively matte and minimal shines for 3 or 4 hours! It doesn’t break me out too, and neither I got any skin problems after using it.
For those who have normal to dry skin, please make sure that you hydrate or moisturize your skin well before using this sunblock. As mentioned, this sunblock has very strong oil control properties, you definitely wouldn’t want your skin to get flaky or gets drier than normal. But for people like me who has normal to oily skin, it’s a life saver indeed!
This is a very cheap sunblock and one small bottle can last quite a while.
I’ve already bought another bottle to stock up! So be sure to grab it if you see it! It’s definitely worth the money!!

i thought i’ve already seen this post before..? i remember commenting on it summore..hmm..

hello
recently i saw the pink version of this sunscreen in watsons (or was it guardian?) and i want to know if it finishes off as powder, just like the white one.

Hi Joanne,
The pink one huh? It’s in a squeeze tube right?
If it’s the squeeze tube, it’s kinda like a moisturizer rather than a sunblock on it’s own, if not mistaken.
If it’s the same packaging as the White bottle, but only in pink, I think the finish is more or less the same, but I can’t be sure as I have not use it before
Hope this helps!
Thanks for dropping by!

Karen: perhaps you can use two types of sunblock for different seasons. Oil control for summer, and a hydrating one for winter. I don’t live in cold areas and I have rather oily skin, so I am not too sure on what type of hydrating sunblock would be good. Perhaps Sunplay moisture range would work for you
