Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Treatment

Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Treatment

I have no idea how long has it been since I last used Pantene shampoo and its related products. Used to work well on my hair, but as time go on, it’s no longer effective. So I said goodbye.

I gave this a try because it came with my Cleo November issue as a free gift. I hate to waste stuff, and it’s free! If I hate it, I can throw it without breaking my heart!

So I went on washing my hair as usual, and instead of using my conditioner, I use this! Oh my god! The smell is so much alike with Marc Jacobs Daisy! I totally love it!

Apart from the smell, it really made my hair nice and soft! It feels so different from the Pantene stuff that I used to use, and I’m glad that they really made great progress!

I used only like 1/4 of that sample product, and I think it can last me another 2 hair washes? I do quite like this, but not as much as Tsubaki as I reviewd earlier. I didn’t find it as easy to manage my hair the next morning as compared to using Tsubaki, but still, it’s relatively easy to do my hair than using my other shampoo and conditioner. :) Hm… Maybe because it’s more of an intensive treatment rather than a conditioner? Maybe… But, my Tsubaki conditioner is doing so much better!

I am not sure whether would I purchase this or not, but most likely I will. I love the smell and the feel of the hair after, but I hate the little tube! It’s so hard to break open! Maybe it’s just me. :P I hope the real item isn’t like that though. Price is definitely cheaper than Tsubaki, but sometimes I rather pay a bit more for something that’s really good than getting just above average results, you see :) Oh well, I am still considering.

Anyone used this before? Share your opinions ya!

  2. Hey Jingy!

I hate VO5! Those dry me out horribly! >_< Their hot oil is just so so too… >_< I think this Pantene works anytime better…

My sister hates VO5 for the same reason like me :P Oh, Dove's drying too! Although they claim to be moisturizing >_<

  3. Pantene products never worked for me… they either made me shed ALOT of hair, or gave me dandruff!! so i’m definitely staying clear of them! Come to think of it, alot of hair products give me dandruff as well!! Hmph! I can only use Loreal Elseve or Shurei (great stuff BTW!!)!

I love the VO5 hot oil!! it works beautifully for my hair leh!! :D

  4. Ah yeah I got it from Cleo November as well. Unfortunately, they sell the treatment in exactly the same annoying little tube. I saw it few days ago at Jusco.
It is okay I guess for that kind of price (it was around 15 bucks for 3 tubes if I wasn’t mistaken). I’d still recommend to use Wella rather than Pantene’s though :)

  7. Hi Shuu~

OMG! I hate the tube like packaging! So hard to open! >_< I can't say Wella is better since I have not used it, but I think Pantene is cheaper? Not sure though… Pantene is okay for drugstore brand, though I still prefer Tsubaki/ Loreal. :)

    Thanks for dropping by! ^_^

  11. I’ve been suffering with frizzy hair for years
and I tried this 3 minute hair treatment 2 weeks ago, and honestly, I don’t think it works, coz my hair is still frizzy and out of place, but I find VO5′s treatment tubes pretty useful, it definitely smoothed down the frizz on my hair…. you guys should try it! =)

  12. Jwen: I guess frizzy hair is quite normal. Haha. VO5 didn’t work for me >_< I tried a few tubes but still no use. Sigh. Glad it’s working for you though :)
