Pros:
Lengthening wise, quite good. Volume wise it performed quite well also and it’s waterproof.
Cons:
It dries rather slowly. And if you are not patient, you will end up with clumpy lashes. And I’m not sure is it only me alone, but I find that the white fibers are a little dificult to cover up with the black mascara. You need to put on a few layers on order to cover it up and you are taking the risk of getting clumpy lashes by having too many layers.
Other than that, I think everything else is okay. Oh, it’s quite easy to remove too.
But it’s definitely not on my re-purchase list. I can get better mascaras for more or less the same price.

As for me, I found it fun reading other people’s beauty blog, so I was influence! Plus, my blog serves as a personal makeup diary for me. I tried writing down d reviews on lil notebooks, but always lost em. ;
OK lets get back to d topic; like you, I dont like mascaras with 2 wands with diff purposes. I tried one from Silkygirl, my my the white primer was hard to cover up with the black mascara. My lashes ended up looking clumpy.

Hanna: yeap, my first. Although i wasn’t inspired by this mascara
I had my fair share of daily readings from Muse and PJ before I started writing. LOL. And this mascara was my first mascara i think 
Years back!
I haven’t tried Silkygirl, but Maybelline is ok. Though after years of using, it wasn’t the best. And if ur mascara is good in doing what it says, no need for a base!

And u’ve come a long way with your beauty blog! I can see that u sincerely enjoy blogging, eh? Now I’m hooked too, hope I can ‘bertahan’ as long as my makeup collections. =P
Anyways, after a bad experience with the Silkygirl mascara primer, I never use any primers ever again. I (vainly) thinks that my lashes are already Ok-OK, just need a lil bit of volume to ummph my lashes more.

Hanna: I do love blogging, been a long time since I blogged
Way back in 2004. I have medium length and volume, so all I need is just some extras here and there, a good tube of mascara fixes that pretty much 
Base is not necessary for me anymore~
