Charcoal Cleansing Foam
At RM5, this is quite a good facial wash!
I’ve used this for quite a while, about a month or so? And I think I should be reviewing it
I bought this facial wash in Daiso on a whim, because I wanted to try out something new. Drugstore brands are starting to bore me and high end stuff are well, high end! So I went for this.
And I really liked it!
The cleanser is greyish in colour. Weird, I know :p It’s not as foamy as my previous cleansers, but it lathers up alright. It cleans quite well too! My skin always feel good using this!
The smell may be a little funny at first, but after a few usage, you will get used to the smell. However, those who are sensitive with smells that are quite unusual, you might just want to avoid this.
Just for your information, there are several sellers selling something similar to this in LYN. Just type “charcoal” and there will be quite a few popping up. Other than this cleanser, they also sell Charcoal cleansing cream and Charcoal Mask and blackhead peel off mask, not too sure of the name, but it’s something like that.
I’ve seen this 3 selling in Daiso too, can’t be sure if it’s the same as the one that sellers in LYN is selling, but I’m almost 99% sure that it is the same, because they claim that their stuff are made in Korea, but not sure if it’s formulated in Korea or formulated in Japan, but I think it’s formulated in Japan since everything is in Japanese, but I might be wrong.
These are selling in LYN between RM10-RM20, not sure of the exact price, so I’m giving a range. Daiso is selling this for RM5, so if both are the same thing, you have an option!
saw this too! tempted to buy, but on a 2nd thought, it is better to wait for a review first before spending the rm5
glad to hear tht it works well. btw, hmmm does your skin feel tight after using this?

My skin is leaning towards the oily side, so don’t really feel tight.
But on days when my skin is not feeling good, it does feel tight a little though. sometimes i wash my T and U zone with this, a hydrating cleanser for cheeks.
a lot more work, but at least I don’t waste it. Tee hee!

I saw this but the name scares me away! -_-
but it is cheap for a tube like this!

smart move. darn why cnt our face stay the same all year long? so troublesome to use 2/3 cleansers at one go. lol.

charcoal cleansing form has been so popuplar in japan and taiwan for years. my brother uses a different brand and he swears by it. but i’d suggest dry skin ladies stay away from most charcoal products as they are drying. good for combo – oily skin though.

Sue: It’s pretty okay, don’t be sked
Pretty: I find it mafan when I am rushing, but what to do, have to lor…
Jojoba: Yeah, dry skin should stay away, but I think if use it only on the T Zone, it shud be alright since it’s always the oiliest place around…

oh cool, i have the charcoal blackhead peel-off mask from the same brand with the same lady sticked on it but with black mask allover her face. hehe!
it quite good but i find it tedious to apply as it dries rather quick when u apply it thin and when ur re-apply it gets peeled off ^_^;;
anyhow, i still prefer my biore pore pack for this. LOL

Nea, it’s really that good the peel off mask? I’m tempted! I’ll go see if they have it in Daiso or not~ Thanks for letting me know!
